The short version: Apparama tools don't use cookies, don't show adverts, don't ask who you are and don't track you personally.

Privacy notice
This notice covers all Apparama tools: dicerama.com, coinspina.com, chronaura.com and apparama.com.
Who's responsible
Apparama is run by Red Adore Media, a sole trader business based in London, England. Red Adore Media is the "controller" of any personal data described here. You can contact me at contactus@apparama.com.
What I collect
As little as possible. The tools work entirely in your browser — your dice rolls, coin flips and timers never leave your device. There are no accounts, forms or sign-ups.
A small amount of technical information is handled when you visit:

Legal basis
I rely on legitimate interests: running a working, secure website, understanding how it's used in an aggregated way, and replying to people who contact me. None of this is used to make decisions about you.
Sharing and international transfers
I don't sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing. The service providers above may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, they use legally recognised safeguards for international transfers.
Children
The tools are suitable for all ages and collect no personal information from anyone, including children.
Cookies & storage
Apparama sites don't set cookies.
A few small settings are saved in your browser's local storage so each site remembers them next time: your light or dark theme on every site, and whether sound is on or off in Chronaura. These settings stay on your device and are never sent to me.
Ahrefs analytics counts visits without cookies or persistent identifiers. If you'd rather not be counted at all, most ad and content blockers will block it, and the tools will work exactly the same.
You can clear saved settings at any time through your browser's site data settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how it's used, and to restrict its use. In practice I hold almost nothing that identifies you, but if you have a question or request, email contactus@apparama.com and I'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If this notice changes, I'll update the date at the top of the page.
Terms of use
By using an Apparama tool you agree to these simple terms.
Use them freely
The tools are free for personal, educational and everyday use. Please don't try to disrupt, overload or misuse the sites.
For fun and everyday use
Dicerama and Coinspina use your browser's built-in random number generation. Results are random and fair for games, decisions and fun, but they aren't certified for gambling, lotteries, prize draws or anything with legal or financial consequences.
Chronaura's timers depend on your device and browser. Phones can pause timers when the screen locks, a tab is in the background or the battery is low. Please don't rely on Chronaura for anything where timing is critical, such as medication, medical treatment or safety.
Provided as is
I work hard to keep the tools accurate and available, but they're provided "as is", without guarantees, and I may change, pause or retire them at any time. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss arising from using them. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights.
Ownership
The design, artwork, names and code of Apparama, Dicerama, Coinspina and Chronaura belong to Red Adore Media. You're welcome to link to and share the tools; please don't copy or republish them as your own.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
